TURNERTHERAPY
ABOUT
Supporting regulation, independence and wellbeing.
TurnerTherapy Services (TTS) is a community-based occupational therapy practice in Geelong dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse sensory, emotional and developmental needs.
Through years of clinical experience working with children, families and adults, we have developed a deep understanding of the everyday challenges that many individuals face when navigating environments that are not designed with sensory differences in mind.
Our work is driven by a simple belief: when people are supported in ways that respect how their nervous system functions, they are able to participate, regulate and thrive.
Our Work
TurnerTherapy Services operates across two key areas:
TurnerTherapy
Community occupational therapy services supporting individuals and families across Geelong. Our work focuses on functional independence, emotional regulation, sensory processing and participation in daily life.
low STIM.
A sensory-aware apparel and product line currently in development. Created by an occupational therapist, low STIM. integrates subtle sensory features into everyday clothing to support safe and appropriate tactile regulation.
Each initiative is built from the same foundation: practical, evidence-informed supports that translate clinical insight into real everyday solutions.
Mission
Our mission is to bridge the gap between clinical understanding and everyday environments.
Through both therapeutic services and product innovation, we aim to create supports that allow individuals to regulate their nervous system, participate in meaningful activities and feel comfortable in their daily lives.
We are particularly passionate about improving access to sensory supports and resources that promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Innovation & Development
Alongside our clinical work, TurnerTherapy Services has been developing a growing collection of resources and screening tools designed to better understand sensory processing and regulation.
These tools form part of a broader resource platform currently in development for use with clients and professionals.
The insights gained through this work have directly influenced the development of low STIM., a project designed to translate clinical sensory understanding into practical everyday solutions.
More information will be shared at the official launch.
