NDIS Funding

Occupational Therapy services are billed under NDIS Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living

Current OT rate: $193.99 per hour

All assessment packages below are based on this hourly rate.
Travel is charged in line with NDIS guidelines and added separately where applicable.

A detailed quote and Service Agreement will always be provided prior to commencement.

Functional Capacity Reports (FCR) Basic Functional Capacity Report Approx. 4 hours total Includes approximately 3 sessions for information gathering. Service Scope

This service provides independent functional and work capacity assessment only.

Not provided:

Ongoing therapy
Treating OT services
Medico-legal expert witness work
Court attendance

If a matter progresses to legal proceedings, involvement is limited to provision of the completed assessment report.
