Support Coordination

Turner Therapy provides Support Coordination to assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plan.

What Does Support Coordination Include?

  • understanding plan funding and supports

  • linking with providers

  • coordinating services

  • monitoring progress

  • problem-solving barriers

  • supporting plan utilisation

Turner Therapy provides either: Occupational Therapy, or Support Coordination to a participant, but not both at the same time, in order to minimise conflict of interest and ensure best practice.

Fees & Pricing

Support Coordination is delivered in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Indicative rate:Level 2 Support Coordination: up to $100.14 per hour
